Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Kai D. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  Kai D. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  

Privacy and Security

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Returns and Replacements

1. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
2. All sales items are final sale.
3. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returned package.
4. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
5. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
6. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.
